Rotor sound
EchoCore AI
Every sensor in one picture. Every call on the record.
EchoCore AI is decision-support software for counter-drone defence. It shows the person on watch which reports describe the same drone and how sure the call can be, explains each call in plain words, and keeps a sealed record built for audit.
Why it matters.
As raids grow larger, the hard part moves from seeing drones to deciding about them.
Counter-drone sites are filling up with sensors from different makers. Each reports in its own way, with its own idea of certainty. The operator must decide which reports describe the same object.
EchoCore AI keeps unmatched reports apart, limits how sure a call can be and records the rule applied to each view.
Your rules decide what leaves.
Release rules stay with a track. They control how much of it a reader can see, or whether it stays in the system. The record keeps the rule used for that view.
| View | Shows |
|---|---|
| Full view | The call and the reports behind it. |
| Track view | The track without source reports. |
| Reduced view | Only the detail allowed by the release rule. |
| Held | Nothing leaves the system. |
Audit
Built to be audited.
Someone who was not there can check every call: what came in, what the system concluded, which rule released what, and why. Reviews, tests and after-action reports all start from the same facts.
- Written liveEach report, match, confidence step and release is written down as it happens, in order.
- SealedA sealed record shows if anything in it is changed afterwards.
- ReplayableRun an incident again from its record and EchoCore AI reaches the same call, step for step.
- TraceableEvery alert leads back to the sensor reports and rules behind it. So does every line of its report.
Explanation layer
Every alert arrives explained.
When an alert fires, EchoCore AI brings together what every sensor reported and writes the report at once: what was heard and seen, how the evidence was weighed and which rule applied. Nobody has to know what to ask.
The report is written by a large language model fine-tuned for counter-drone work. It reasons strictly by the rules, works only from the record and creates no data of its own.
- By the rulesIt reasons strictly by the rules set for the site, step by step, in the order the record shows.
- No new dataIt works only from what the sensors reported and the record holds. It never invents a fact or fills a gap with a guess.
- CitedA strict retrieval design (RAG): every line of the report cites the record entries it rests on.
- On siteIt runs on the system’s own hardware with no network connection. Nothing leaves the site.
It explains calls. It cannot make one, change one or release one. Those stay with the rules and the people on watch.

A small drone came in from the north-west, heard by EchoNet and seen by the radar. It carried no control link.
- Heard
- EchoNet nodes N4, N5 and N6 heard rotor sound. Their directions meet.Steps 01 to 03
- Seen
- The radar holds a slow, low contact on the same track.Step 04
- Radio
- No control link was heard.Step 05
- Weighed
- Confidence is high, held at the ceiling the evidence allows.Step 06
- Released
- Full view to the watch officer, track view shared, outside view held.Steps 07 to 09
Written from record 0003. Every line cites it.
Where it sits.
EchoCore AI brings reports from the sensors on a site to the people who act on them. It runs on hardware in the field without a cloud connection, with a console for reviewing each call and its record.
Where it stands
In active development.
Working today
- The console presents EchoNet reports for review.
- On recorded radar and camera data, the engine weighs reports, applies release rules and seals each record.
- Valhalla grades changes against simulated raids.
Coming next
- Live tracks into the command systems operators already use.
- More sensor types, from more makers, on the same picture.
- Records ready for formal review and for sharing between allies.
A reviewer can replay the record behind a call.
